Show & Tell!

Here I am at my Stampin' Up! May meeting. This was a Stamp Camp meeting, where we make a project (many of you have done these projects!) So before the Stamp Camp portion of the meeting, we discuss new stuff, and do some WOW techniques. Pictured here is your fearless leader showing how to dye Dazzling Diamonds. Great technique, you can be sure to see it at a future Stamp Camp!

Check out the cute chipboard heart, with the dyed (Tempting Turquoise) Dazzling Diamonds, that Stampin' Up! shows on the chinese take out box! (above)

This card was way too cute! I snagged this picture at my monthly Stampin' Up! meeting last night!

Also used here is the Ribbon Originals (Sweet Shop page 234 in the 2006-2007 Catalog)
the So Saffron card stock, and the very cute stamp set Warm Words (page 177)

Here is an example of how to be a good Creative Maniac student.

Necessary supplies and tools right in front of you.
Handy notebook (made in class) for taking notes on those great techniques taught in class!
Drink in case you get parched.
Great friend next to you, making sure you look great in your picture.

Not only all of that, but look at how creative you can be with a little adhesive and some ribbon, what a beautiful moustache!

It is truely great how all of you get along so well! I wouldn't have you any other way!! (Awww)

Color Me Happy!

Wednesday's Color Me Happy class, was a lot of fun! Everyone learned about different techniques on coloring ribbon. The "Wild about you" Giraffe card used the striping with markers technique and the "I just love you card" (Using the Double line doodles set, coming out in the new 2007 Fall/Winter Collection July 1st!) Uses a fraying technique with the ribbon. We also made a cute basket card (not pictured) using the 5 in1 envelope template.

Thanks again to everyone for a great night out with the girls. And Piper and Sue for bringing snacks to share! See you all in 2 weeks for the 3-D class!!

New Stamp Sets!!

So here are 3 New stamp sets from the new Fall/Winter Collection, very cute! I love the flower one, looks like it goes perfect with the die cuts (pictured below) 57 more days to the new Collection!!

New punch!!

Another leak!! Here is a new Punch Box set! I so need this! For the set it usually runs around $39.95. Sounds high? Not when you figure the 8 piece stamp set (average $19.95) the Stampin' Spots (1.80 each) and the punch itself ($13.95) total of $39.30 Not to mention you get this huge cute tin with a see thru lid! I love this deal! Can't wait!!!

HOT new Diecuts!!!

So there has been a leak! Some of Stampin' Up!'s new diecuts are pictured below! I can not wait for the new Fall/Winter Collection to come out July 1st!! Check out the sneek peek!
